Thank you for your interest in our corgis. Unfortunately, we cannot get this page to work at present.

and give us some information about the new home the corgi would have.
Some of the things we would like to know are whether there are children in the home, whether there is a fenced yard for the puppy,
whether someone is home during the day, whether you have had a corgi before,
whether you are planning to spay or neuter your corgi, and what other pets are in the home.
